Meet Our Owner
Genelle
I’m Genelle Anderson, owner of A Caring Hand and Heart. I’m a Denver native and five years ago, I discovered my passion for home health care.
After 20 years in corporate sales, I retired and started working as a caregiver as a way to give back to the community. Caregiving was something I stumbled upon, and within days I realized how much I loved the people, their stories, and being someone they could count on.
I noticed early on that the costs of home care for the elderly were too high for a lot of families leaving them with few options. I also realized that the employees weren’t always valued the way they should be and I honestly believed that there had to be a better way.
I started A Caring Hand and Heart with the mission of matching clients with the right caregiver for their needs while making home health care more widely available, for rural clients and those on a fixed budget.
We would love to talk with you about you or your family’s needs and see how we can help.

Meet Our Office Manager
Glenna
Glenna here! I’m a born and raised Colorado native, and I can simply say I’m just a ranch gal. I love animals, food, and my family.
I’ve worked for Genelle for the last two years, helping her continue to build her family of caregivers and clients. I’ve had experience in the Caregiving world for the last five years, and have seen more agency’s than I can count. My passion for caregiving comes down to a simple thing. Friendships. Because of that, I have followed this passion of mine into this Caregiving world to help find the right resources for others, to help them understand their options and to not beat around the bush about one of the hardest times in their life!
We want to find the right help for you and your family. We want to cultivate friendships and families. Because at the end of the day, that is the best resource of all.
